Backup of MACH system computer ENS, SCMA, SCMB, and the GWS. This is what we need in order to complete the backups: Were looking at doing this on November 22 if possible estimate 8:00 to 16:00 An OSCAR Id from ECC detailing the work being performed (suggested time of 8 hours) An extra outside operator for additional rounds during the backup. MicroSCADA and SCM services stopped for the duration of the backups. Cleanup of TFR and SQL events that are saved on the ENS to reduce backup size Stable station load of less than 220 MW (110 MW per circuit) or greater than 300 MW (150 MW per circuit) to prevent any TFR’s from SR2 L2 bushing (optional, this doesn’t prevent any other TFR’s that would write to the ENS). This outage will have the following effects on the system: Loss of AGC control and runback automation. The station will be required to operate locally. Any runback enabling/ settings changes will need to be performed by the inside operator. The inside operator will also be responsible for changing the power order at ECC’s request. Runback signals will not be affected. Complete loss of event status. Additional operator checks will be required as we will be operating with no status updates from the field or the MACH 2. |
